• King Island Water Infrastructure upgrade: Providing Project Management, Logistics Management and support, stakeholder engagement and Cost Engineering expertise to ensure the project success.  Partnering with MSD Constructions Pty Ltd to deliver the TasWater Pipeline construction project  from Grassy to Currie on King Island.

• Bridge Replacement in the Derwent Valley

• Research and completion of a "Driver" error risk reduction project in Tasmania to introduce safety improvements at road works sites.
• Development of Operations Management plans for Tasmanian remote water operations.
• Completion of Site acceptance testing and commissioning of new water infrastructure.
• Development of new tender process including tender evaluation and supplier selection.
• Development of Tender documentation and scoping documents for the installation of new road bridges.

• Development of Tender documentation and scoping documents for significant civil works programs.
• Development and implementation of new scoping and specification templates for civil works contracts.
